Q6. What happens if your school shuts during the day?
If the school shuts during the day we will collect all children who are due on that night. If you require us to collect your child and they are not due to be with us please ring the setting to check availability and for more details.
Q7. What happens if my child is on an early leaving school trip?
Please speak to the staff to arrange an early drop off please inform them of the time your child must be at school.
Q8. What happens if my child is on a late arrival from a school trip?
Please inform the staff by writing a note in the message book or send an email detailing the time and place of arrival as much advance notice of this is appreciated so that we can ensure that we can allocate staff to collect your child.
Q9. What do I do if my child is off or going out to tea with a friend?
Please inform the staff by writing a note in the message book or send an email, if you are unable to do this please ring the setting.
Q10. What do I do if I want my child to attend an after school club?
Please inform the staff by writing a note in the message book or send an email, if you are unable to do this please ring the setting, please give as much detail as possible, start and finish times and the dates of the club each term.
